Happy New Year Folks! Sooooo…how are you? How’s it going? How do you feel? Me…How am I??? Chile…Listen, I’ll just say I am very happy to be here! I’ve never really been into the cyclical trends of New Year, New Me, or setting “goals” for the year. The way 2023 behaved, I’m just trying to stay on the right side of right! LOL! I must say 2024 came in with a BANG! I mean right out the gate, but I can say that God is STILL good and me trusting Him and the process is what I intend to do for the year. Along with that, I will be revisiting meditation. I did it a few years ago, setting declarations or intentions for my day and I really liked it. There are MANY benefits of meditating. Meditating reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, helps manage anxiety, improves sleep…and I need each and every one of those things. What I personally gained from meditating before was that just being still, clearing your mind (the hardest part), and focusing on a daily mantra can make you so aware. My hope is to share a few of my intentions that I’ve used before and hopefully, you can create a few for yourself or use these. It’s all good, my desire is for us ALL to be better this year!
These are a few of my declarations that have come from the mediations that I carried with me throughout the day with hopes that you would be encouraged and declare those things as well. I encourage you to take time in the morning to meditate. Not asking for anything, but take a statement like "I am" or “I will” and watch how your deepest thoughts, desires, and truths become so clear.
