Island Girl VibesIsland Girl Vibes is the home of international cuisine, with signature dishes created with love by the one and only Chef Kirstie K. The business has been operational since January 2021, and its specialty includes dishes from across the globe! One of the delicious, highly sought-after entrees is the Nigerian dish Egusi Soup, made with rich flavors that include tomatoes, red peppers, yellow onions, jalapeños, habaneros, kale, spinach, and spices. It can be served vegan or with chicken, oxtail, or lamb. This multicultural eatery serves Indian cuisine, as well! Customer favorites are Butter Chicken, "Butter" Jackfruit, and Lamb Vindaloo, perfectly cooked and served over jasmine rice with traditional or garlic naan bread. Their Cajun cuisine includes their wonderful seafood gumbo with chicken wings, gizzards, sausage (turkey, beef, or pork), crab, okra, and their signature roux! It specializes in Chicken Alfredo, Alfredo Fries, Philly Cheesesteaks, Fried PB&J sandwiches, and our infamous Bangin’ Bacon Cheeseburger. Although this establishment is based in Fayetteville, it offers catering for both public and private events, along with private bookings for its food truck itself.
