Social Media Promotions
URBANE offers limited opportunities for businesses to advertise directly to our followers through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). Promotion details, costs, and submission instructions will be announced through our social platforms.
Design
Ad design is included in the cost of most placements. Pre-existing ads are accepted for reference only and will be adjusted to meet URBANE’s design standards.
Each package includes up to 2 hours of design time and 2 proofs. Additional revisions or services may incur extra fees.
Ads should include the business logo, contact information, and relevant images that complement the publication’s aesthetic.
Please include your brand fonts or embed them in your file to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Placement
Ads are rotated throughout the website and print editions unless a preferred placement is purchased.
Rates and Repeats
All rates are priced per ad, per contract, and already reflect discounted pricing. URBANE reserves the right to adjust advertising rates at any time without prior notice.
If no updated artwork is received by the deadline, the previously approved advertisement will be repeated in the next issue. URBANE Magazine is not responsible for errors or outdated content once final approval has been given.
Ad Rotation
Digital ads are updated monthly. All old ads are removed at the end of each month, and new ones go live on the first day of the following month. No exceptions.
File Submission
Pre-existing ads may be used for reference, but must meet URBANE’s quality standards. Please submit your business logo, imagery, and any required details promptly to initiate the design process.
Acceptable file formats include:
JPEG / JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, TIFF
Accepted program formats:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word
We do not accept Corel or Microsoft Works files.
Files under 2MB may be emailed; larger files can be sent via Google Drive or Dropbox (ZIP archives preferred).
Submit images in high resolution and maintain original proportions. For quality control, please double-check all information before submission. URBANE Magazine is not liable for errors or outdated information after ad approval.
Payment
Payment and materials are due by the 15th of the month preceding the publication date.
All invoices must be paid in full upon submission.
No refunds or deadline extensions will be granted.
General Conditions
Contractual Agreement
By submitting an advertising contract, the advertiser grants permission for their business and likeness to appear in URBANE Magazine and agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein. All submitted materials must meet URBANE’s editorial and design standards.
URBANE reserves the right to approve, edit, or reject any advertisement at its discretion.
All ad designs created by URBANE remain the property of URBANE Magazine, LLC, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Submission and payment confirm that the advertiser has read, understands, and accepts these terms and conditions.

- All magazine cover ads must be full-page designs.
- Home page ads remain live for 30 days, starting on the first of the month and removed on the last day of the contract.
- Ad sizes for digital and print placements are listed on the Specifications page and must be followed as shown.

- Preferred placement guarantees a specific location for an additional $40 (available on most pages except the Home Page).
- Home Page placement carries a $50 fee and applies only to 30-day plans.
- Ads link directly to the advertiser’s website or social page.
- Only one ad is permitted per size per webpage.
- Some web pages can accommodate only specific dimensions; if your file does not fit, you may need to select a different size or page.

- All advertisements are accepted under the understanding that the advertiser is authorized to publish the material and that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold URBANE Magazine, LLC harmless against any claims arising from the publication of submitted materials.
- URBANE Magazine, LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, order, or contract at its discretion.
- Ads designed to imitate editorial content will be clearly labeled as “Advertisement.”
- URBANE determines the positioning of ads unless preferred placement has been approved in writing.
- URBANE is not responsible for publishing delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (such as weather, strikes, or system failures).
- Failure to publish an ad does not constitute a breach of contract; any missed ads will be rescheduled to a future issue.
- Advertisers may not change or cancel orders after the stated closing date.
- URBANE may hold advertisers liable for unpaid balances related to their advertising contracts.
- Rates published are effective for the current media cycle and may be updated without notice.
