Interview Release Contract

I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my own statements. I vow that my statements are true and accurate to my knowledge. I consent to the voice, video, and written recording of my statements in this interview and grant URBANE Magazine, its representatives, and its assigns, licensees, and successors the right to copy, reproduce and use all, or a portion, of the statements and the interview for incorporation in the/a URBANE Magazine publication, as well as for all physical, digital, and other necessary purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial use, in all forms and media, including advertising and related promotion, throughout the world and in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve the use of my interview as incorporated in the/a URBANE Magazine publication. I consent to the same agreement as it relates to the use of my image, my brand, and my name in connection with all uses of the interview.

I release URBANE Magazine and its assigns, licensees, and successors from any and all responsibility for any potential negative repercussion(s) that could come from this interview and from any and all potential claims of, but not limited to, defamation, invasion of privacy, affiliation, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright, intentional or otherwise. I hereby hold harmless and release URBANE Magazine, its representatives, and assigns, licensees, and successors from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in or to the/a URBANE Magazine publication, brand, or its content, physical, digital, or otherwise. I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of URBANE Magazine, its representatives, and its assigns, licensees, and successors and will not be returned.

I understand that I will not be compensated or reimbursed – by any means, at any time, for anything – for my participation. URBANE Magazine, its representatives, and its assigns, licensees, and successors shall pay me zero dollars and zero cents ($0.00) any time before or after this interview. This agreement extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised and shall continue in perpetuity.

Photo Use Release Contract

I hereby grant and authorize URBANE Magazine, its representatives, and assigns, licensees, and successors to take pictures and video of me, and edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all pictures or videos taken in and/or for promotional materials including, but not limited to, various forms of marketing and advertisements, press kits, websites, social networking sites, and any or other print and digital communications without any further permissions from me.

I release URBANE Magazine and its assigns, licensees, and successors from any and all responsibility of any potential negative repercussion(s) that could come from the photo(s) and/or video(s) taken, and from any and all potential claims of, but not limited to, defamation, invasion of privacy, affiliation, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright, intentional or otherwise.
