  • ​​Once you have completed and submitted the form below, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provide. Your membership will officially begin once payment has been received and processed.

  • Power Circle membership is separate from event admission unless otherwise stated. Members may receive priority access and preferred pricing when available. Certain premium events may offer membership-inclusive ticket bundles for non-members.

Event Coverage Consent & Usage Clause

Please verify that all information is included and correct.


Only one submission per event will be accepted. Multiple submissions for one event will result in automatic denial of your request. Requests are reviewed and accepted on a first submitted, first served basis.


Acceptance of your request is not guaranteed; and is subject to the digression of URBANE Magazine, LLC. and its staff's safety and professional integrity. URBANE's attendance is not guaranteed and will be accepted according to our availability simultaneously under the first-request, first-served bases policy. We will notify if we are able to attend your event.


By requesting event coverage from URBANE Magazine, you acknowledge and agree that all photography, video, and written content captured by URBANE and its representatives is the sole property of URBANE Magazine. Coverage is provided at URBANE’s editorial discretion and does not include compensation, honoraria, or complimentary copies of the magazine in print or digital form, even if the content is published.


All photos that URBANE acquires at your event are for promotional purposes. They will become the property of URBANE Magazine, LLC. to use as it so chooses for as long it so chooses without your verbal or written consent.

You grant URBANE Magazine the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, edit, archive, and distribute any captured content in whole or in part, in perpetuity, across all platforms, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, marketing, promotional, editorial, and archival use, without prior notification, approval, or additional consideration.


URBANE Magazine is not obligated to publish any captured content and makes no guarantees regarding placement, timing, or extent of usage. No royalties or usage fees shall be owed now or in the future.


By submitting an event coverage request, you confirm that you have the authority to grant these rights on behalf of yourself, your organization, and event participants, and that all necessary permissions have been obtained.
