If you do not see a category, person, brand, or company that you feel should have been included, it is because it/they were not nominated in Phase One of this competition's process.

PHASE ONE: Nominators were asked to submit only ONE entry per category and only submit a nomination that relates to the appropriate category. Categories marked with a red star (*) required an answer. Suggestions were welcomed at the end of the nomination form. We asked nominators to include sufficient and accurate information on whom they were nominated, such as full names with correct spellings, mailing address or location, specialties, social media, etc. Submissions that were difficult to verify were omitted from progressing to the finalists' round, with no notification to the nominator. We asked nominators to NOT provide personal/government information, such as government/state-issued numbers, birthdates, home addresses, banking information, passwords, etc. Nomination submissions were accepted until 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2025. The entities/individuals of a category that received the most nominations progressed to the finalists' round.

PHASE TWO: The finalists' list was available on April 8, 2025, at 12:01 a.m.; voting for the finalists began on this day at this time, as well. Votes were accepted until 11:59 p.m. on April 29, 2025.

PHASE THREE: All winners will be announced to the public continuously starting May 1, 2025, via URBANE Magazine's official website and digital platforms, throughout May in no specific order or time. In addition, all winners will be mentioned in Issue 28, as well. Affiliates of URBANE Magazine were not allowed to participate. All nominations, finalists, and winners were submitted and/or chosen by public vote and nomination only. URBANE Magazine had no influence on the nomination or selection process.
